Xone is growing & preparing for a next issue! We are looking for new members who can help review submissions, prepare spreads for production, and other skills that help keep us running. :-)
Xone’s editorial team is a far-leftist group of QTPOC young adults in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
You do not need to be enrolled in college, but should be based in DFW.
We’re generally looking for team members who are ages 18-24.
ROLES:
• designer
• literary assistant
• social media / web manager
• outreach / general admin

WHAT TO EXPECT:
• all labor is non-paid. none of our members are paid and we recognize the extreme difficulty in unpaid labor. with that said, we want to emphasize that we only assign work based on availability and interest! life is exhausting and overwhelming and we prioritize the health and well-being of our members.
• if you're interested, here’s what you can expect:
—when submissions are open, about 1 hour per week is dedicated to looking over submissions.
—work gets heavy after submissions close and production begins. 1-3 hours per week.
—the weeks leading up to print is busy! 2-4 hours per week!
